After the insane success of the previous Call of Duty titles and Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto 5, the mark of strong sales is measured in billions. Though Call of Duty: Ghosts hasn't quite hit the billion-dollar mark just yet, Activision has found a way to make it sound like the first days of availability have been more impressive than they really were.
